Meet the Pressler.

I’m Ciara Pressler, and my personal mission and professional passion are the same: to help you clarify what you want and create an game plan to make it happen.

I'm an entrepreneur with 15 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and innovators on brand + growth strategy. I have consulted, coached, and partnered with hundreds of business leaders from New York to Los Angeles, Singapore to Moscow.

I create content focused on sharing best practices for success and how to do it with strategy and style. I also do a lot of guest speaking at conferences, schools, and events on how to be strategic about building your business, career, and professional network.

I have worked with clients based throughout the U.S. and in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia, in industries including the arts, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, fashion, tech, finance, nonprofit, and more. My network spans continents with connections to innovators in every field.

My latest book Game Plan: Achieve Your Goals in Life, Career, and Business lays out the best practices for authentic success and a framework for strategic goal-setting, including success principles and what to do when you’re stuck.

In 2016, I launched the first Pregame Clubhouse in Portland, OR, a space for people to create their Game Plan for success. Our members are business owners, managers, and creative professionals who are committed to personal and professional growth.

My collective Pressler Collaborative creates custom marketing and PR strategy for businesses and projects in entertainment, media, real estate, tech, finance, fitness, lifestyle, and beyond.

Before I launched Pressler Collaborative, I led marketing and membership for Gen Art, a national organization supporting emerging artists in fashion, film, art, and music.

At Capes Coaching, an entertainment industry career coaching firm, I led all marketing and co-launched their corporate training programs.

Partners and clients included Acura, American Express, Diageo, InBev, New York magazine, The New York Observer, Time Out New York, Viacom, A&E Networks, MTV, and many more.

Before marketing, I was a performer – that career transition was the inspiration for my first book, Exit Stage Right: The Career Change Handbook for Performers.

I worked on many film, television, and stage projects in New York City as a performer, writer, and producer, including my play, Marathon: A Comedy in 26.2 Scenes. Trust me, it was hilarious.

I've run nine marathons and over 100 races - probably the same numbers as Law & Order: SVU marathons I've watched and how many times I've been asked about my race.

I currently live in Portland, OR, with my pet rabbit Grandmaster Flash.
