Ciara’s book Game Plan: Achieve Your Goals in Life, Career, and Business lays out the best practices for authentic success and a framework for strategic goal-setting, including success principles and what to do when you’re stuck.
In 2016, she launched Pregame in Portland, OR, a “gym for your goals” where members get unlimited access to group workouts in all areas of business. Pregame clients are entrepreneurs, executives, and creative professionals who are committed to personal and professional growth. Post-pandemic, Pregame pivoted to focusing on strategic planning and leadership development for mission- and passion-driven organizations, including global companies, nonprofits, and government.
Her first company, Pressler Collaborative, was founded in 2009 and specialized in creating marketing and PR strategy for businesses and projects in entertainment, media, real estate, tech, finance, fitness, lifestyle, and beyond.
Ciara has worked with clients throughout the U.S. and in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia, in industries including the arts, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, fashion, tech, finance, nonprofit, and more. Her network spans continents with connections to game changers in every field.
EXPERIENCE
Before Pressler Collaborative, Ciara led marketing and membership for Gen Art, a national organization supporting emerging artists in fashion, film, art, and music. Gen Art was an innovator in experiential marketing, creating created art-driven brand experiences for Acura, American Express, Diageo, InBev, New York magazine, The New York Observer, Time Out New York, and other brands.
At Capes Coaching, an entertainment industry career coaching firm, Ciara led all marketing and co-launched their corporate training programs for Viacom, A&E Networks, MTV, and other New York City entertainment companies.

Ciara’s first career was acting, producing, and writing, primarily in New York theater. She created and appeared in film, television, and stage projects in New York City as a performer, writer, and producer, including her original play, Marathon: A Comedy in 26.2 Scenes. Ciara’s first career transition was the inspiration for her first book, Exit Stage Right: The Career Change Handbook for Performers.
